This situation has happened to all of us involved in the practice of law. (I am a Senior Paralegal), you may be an attorney or a paralegal. Situation: You have an out of town client. And the client needs to sign an oath to the Petition or Complaint you need to file on his behalf. You get the complaint drafted and ready for review, and signature by the client.
